LAW ENFORCEMENT POLICY

VenueVibe App

Operated by JayWorld App LLC

Effective Date: July 16, 2026|Last Updated: July 16, 2026

1. Purpose

This Law Enforcement Policy describes how VenueVibe App (operated by JayWorld App LLC, the "Company") responds to legal requests from law enforcement, and how the Company proactively contacts law enforcement when illegal activity is identified on the Service. This is a standalone policy, separate from the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Responding to Legal Requests

The Company shares user information with law enforcement and government authorities when required by law, including in response to:

•A valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.

•A valid National Security Letter or other request authorized by applicable federal law.

•An emergency disclosure request from law enforcement involving imminent risk of death or serious physical injury to any person.

The Company reviews all legal requests for validity and scope before responding, and will object to or narrow requests that are overbroad, improperly issued, or not legally binding, consistent with applicable law. Where not legally prohibited, the Company will attempt to notify the affected user of a request prior to disclosure.

3. Information the Company May Disclose

Depending on the scope of a valid legal request, disclosed information may include:

•Account registration information (name, email, phone number).

•Verification data, including selfie check-in records.

•Login history, IP addresses, and device identifiers.

•Venue check-in history and location data.

•Message content and metadata, where retained.

•Payment and billing information (processed via our third-party payment processor).

4. Proactive Reporting to Law Enforcement

The Company does not wait for a legal request in cases involving imminent harm or serious criminal activity. When the Company becomes aware — through user reports, moderation review, or automated detection — of activity on the Service that reasonably appears to involve any of the following, the Company will proactively contact appropriate law enforcement or the relevant authority:

•Child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSAE): reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline, as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

•Human trafficking or sex trafficking: reported to local, state, or federal law enforcement and, where appropriate, the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888).

•Threats of violence or imminent risk of death or serious physical injury: reported directly to local law enforcement or emergency services.

•Sexual assault or sexual violence disclosed or discovered on the Service: reported to local law enforcement, consistent with the affected user's wishes where safety allows.

•Fraud or scam activity intended to defraud end-users: reported to relevant law enforcement and, where applicable, the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

The Company will preserve relevant account records upon becoming aware of a report described in this section, to support any resulting law enforcement investigation.

5. Emergency Requests

Law enforcement may submit an emergency disclosure request where there is a good-faith belief that the request relates to an emergency involving imminent risk of death or serious physical injury. Emergency requests should be sent to legal@venuevibeapp.com and should include the nature of the emergency, the specific information requested, and requesting officer/agency contact information.

6. Data Retention for Legal Requests

Information may be retained beyond our standard retention schedule where necessary to comply with a valid legal request, preserve evidence for an active investigation, or fulfill a legal hold. See our Data Retention & Deletion Policy for our standard retention schedule.

7. Related Policies

This Law Enforcement Policy should be read together with our other standalone policies, each maintained at its own dedicated link:
