VenueVibe App respects your privacy and gives members the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your VenueVibe App Account

You may request deletion of your VenueVibe App account at any time.

Option 1 — From the VenueVibe App

1. Sign in to your VenueVibe App account.

2. Go to Settings or Account Settings.

3. Select Delete Account.

4. Follow the instructions to confirm your account deletion request.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access your account, you may request account deletion by contacting:

privacy@venuevibeapp.com

Use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your VenueVibe App account so that we can verify that you are the account owner.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, VenueVibe App will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, as applicable, including:

• Account and profile information

• Email address and other account identifiers

• Profile/selfie photos

• User preferences

• Venue check-in information

• Messages and other user-generated content associated with your account, subject to applicable retention requirements

• Other personal data associated with your VenueVibe App account

Information We May Be Required to Retain

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, accounting, or enforcement purposes.

Information that must be retained will be protected and will no longer be used for ordinary VenueVibe App account activity.

Some information may also remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are deleted or overwritten according to our normal retention procedures.

Deleting Data Without Deleting Your Account

Members may contact privacy@venuevibeapp.com to request deletion of specific personal information without requesting deletion of their entire VenueVibe App account. Certain information may need to be retained when necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
