1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing conduct, content, and activity on VenueVibe App (the "Service"). This AUP is a standalone policy, separate from the Terms of Service and the Law Enforcement Policy, and applies to all users of the Service.

2. Age Restrictions

The Service is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users must:

•Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

•Provide accurate age and identity information during signup and verification.

•Not create, maintain, or assist another person in creating an account if that person is under 18.

VenueVibe App uses selfie-based identity verification at check-in and reserves the right to require additional age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated and, where applicable, reported in accordance with our Child Safety Policy and applicable law.

3. Illegal Acts

Users may not use the Service to plan, facilitate, promote, or engage in any illegal act, including but not limited to:

•Solicitation or facilitation of prostitution or commercial sexual services.

•Sale, purchase, or facilitation of illegal drugs or controlled substances.

•Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation.

•Stalking, harassment, or unlawful surveillance of another person.

•Any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law.

4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users may not upload, share, transmit, or engage in any of the following on the Service:

•Sexually explicit profile content, including nudity or sexually explicit images, video, or descriptions.

•Child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSAE) content or conduct of any kind, in any form. This includes any content that sexualizes a minor, real or fictional.

•Sexual violence, or content that depicts, threatens, glorifies, or promotes sexual violence.

•Non-consensual content, including intimate images shared without the subject's consent ("revenge porn"), hidden-camera or voyeuristic content, or content depicting a person without their knowledge or agreement.

•Facilitation of human trafficking or sex trafficking, including recruitment, advertising, or arranging commercial sexual services.

•Scam or fraudulent activity intended to defraud end-users of the platform, including romance scams, catfishing for financial gain, phishing, solicitation of money or gift cards, or fraudulent payment requests.

•Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence against individuals or groups.

•Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or intimidation of other users.

VenueVibe App applies zero tolerance to CSAE and human trafficking content. Any account found engaging in this conduct will be terminated immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, as described in our Law Enforcement Policy.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in, at VenueVibe App's sole discretion:

•Content removal.

•Warning or temporary suspension of an account.

•Permanent termination of an account, without refund.

•Reporting to law enforcement, NCMEC, or other relevant authorities.

VenueVibe App reserves the right to take enforcement action based on a single serious violation, without prior warning, where the violation involves CSAE, trafficking, sexual violence, or non-consensual content.

6. Reporting Violations

Users can report suspected violations of this AUP directly within the App, or by contacting us at safety@venuevibeapp.com. All reports are reviewed by our safety team. See our Safety & Reporting Policy for full details on the reporting and investigation process.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
